_After each KU basketball game this season, this is where you can find out the hardwood equivalent of The Nielsen Ratings from Journal-World sports editor Tom Keegan. He’ll rate the Jayhawk **scholarship players’ individual performances**, telling you who was worth tuning in to watch. If you agree or maybe even differ, make sure to comment and tell Tom how you really feel. (**Scoring**: Each week, the top player in the ratings will be awarded 10 points. Second best gets nine points. Third best gets eight points, and so on and so on. The season standings are at the bottom)_**1. Brandon Rush**: His three-point shot looks good, and he drove more than usual. Finished with 19 points and six boards. Does anyone soar higher for rebounds?**2. Sasha Kaun**: Played with extraordinary enthusiasm and finished with 12 points, four rebounds, and two blocked shots in 13 minutes.**3. Cole Aldrich**: Played just 12 minutes, time enough for him to get nine rebounds and score six points.**4. Mario Chalmers**: Always aggressive, he finished with 15 points, six assists and four rebounds. Could have done a better job of stopping dribble penetration.**5. Sherron Collins**: His shot is looking good and he’s flying through the air, showing his explosive ways have returned. **6. Darrell Arthur**: He could have dominated, if only he would have not received his third foul in his third minute on the court. Had 13 points and six rebounds in 14 minutes. **7. Darnell Jackson**: Had nine boards in 28 minutes. **8. Russell Robinson**: Had trouble keeping Keon Lawrence in front of him.**9. Rod Stewart**: Rebounds well, but needs to come to the realization that jacking three-point shots is counter-productive to earning more minutes. Is 3-for-14 on the season.**10. Jeremy Case**: Finally, someone who could stop Keon Lawrence. Didn’t he block a Lawrence shot? Was I seeing things or did he block a shot? If he did, he didn’t receive credit for it in the box score. And didn’t he also get a rebound? **11. Tyrel Reed**: Played just the final minute.**The Keegan Ratings: Season Standings (based on average points)** **1.** Darnell Jackson **8.09** (186 points, 23 games) **2.** Mario Chalmers **7.77** (171 points, 22 games) **3.** Brandon Rush **7.43** (156 points, 21 games) **4.** Darrell Arthur **6.65/b> (153 point, 23 games) **5.** Russell Robinson **6.22** (143 points, 23 games) **6.** Sherron Collins **6.06** (103 points, 17 games) **7.** Sasha Kaun **5.83** (134 points, 23 games) **8.** Cole Aldrich **4.36** (96 points, 22 games) **9.** Rod Stewart **4.04** (93 points, 23 games) **10.** Tyrel Reed **3.12** (53 points, 17 games) **11.** Jeremy Case **2.29** (48 points, 21 games)**
