_After each KU football game this season, this is where you can find out the gridiron equivalent of The Nielsen Ratings from Journal-World sports editor Tom Keegan. He’ll rate the Top 10 Jayhawk individual performances, telling you who was worth tuning in to watch. If you agree or maybe even differ, make sure to comment and tell Tom how you really feel. (**Scoring**: Each week, the top player in the ratings will be awarded 10 points. Second best gets nine points. Third best gets eight points, and so on and so on. The season standings are at the bottom)_**1. Aqib Talib**: His 100-yard interception return was so spectacular that it would have been easy to forget that he also broke up two passes and caught one for a 19-yard gain. Is KU’s most explosive player since Gale Sayers.**2. Joe Mortensen**: He was all over the field, looking a little like Nick Reid at times closing in on ball carriers and then bruising them.**3. Anthony Collins**: Again, he was just plain too good for the weaker competition.**4. Todd Reesing**: Threw for 368 yards, bringing his season average to 299.8 yards per game. Not many quarterbacks look to throw bombs after scrambling out of trouble as frequently as Reesing does.**5. James Holt**: Linebackers aren’t usually as fast as Holt, whose speed sometimes makes him overrun. He made eight tackles. **6. Derek Fine**: Caught seven balls for 70 yards and a touchdown.**7. Mike Rivera**: Made nine tackles and none of them were of the gentle variety.**8. Dakota Lewis**: Spirited special teams player made three tackles and fell on a blocked punt for a touchdown.**9. Raymond Brown**: Blocked a punt that resulted in a touchdown and juiced the whole place by showing such excitement after the play.**10. Kerry Meier**: Caught a pass for 15 yards, rushed for six yards, and was 2-for-2 for 23 yards passing. **The Keegan Ratings: Season Standings (total points)****1.** Aqib Talib (33 points) **2.** Todd Reesing (29 points) **3.** Marcus Henry (23 points) **4.** Joe Mortensen (21 points) **T-5.** Jake Sharp (16 points) **T-5.** Anthony Collins (16 points) **7.** James McClinton (14 points) **8.** Brandon McAnderson (13 points) **9.** Darrell Stuckey (11 points) **10.** Mike Rivera (10 points) **11.** James Holt (8 points) **T-12.** Marcus Herford (5 points) **T-12.** Derek Fine (5 points) **14.** Raimond Pendleton (4 points) **T-15.** Max Onyegbule (3 points) **T-15.** John Larson (3 points) **T-15.** Dakota Lewis (3 points) **18.** Raymond Brown (2 points) **19.**Kerry Meier (1 point)
