_After each KU football game this season, this is where you can find out the gridiron equivalent of The Nielsen Ratings from Journal-World sports editor Tom Keegan. He’ll rate the Top 10 Jayhawk individual performances, telling you who was worth tuning in to watch. If you agree or maybe even differ, make sure to comment and tell Tom how you really feel. (**Scoring**: Each week, the top player in the ratings will be awarded 10 points. Second best gets nine points. Third best gets eight points, and so on and so on. The season standings are at the bottom)_**1. Joe Mortensen**: He spent most of the night in Southeastern Louisiana’s backfield and finished with nine tackles. The switch to the middle and playing for former NFL linebacker Steve Tovar have combined to make Mortensen a monster.**2. Marcus Henry**: Turned five receptions into 119 yards for his second consecutive triple-digit day.**3. Aqib Talib**: Was in on one offensive play and caught a 36-yard touchdown pass. For his career, he has four receptions, three for touchdowns. Defensively, he was his usual strong self.**4. James McClinton**: He could have taken it easy, knowing the competition was so inferior he could get the job done anyway. Instead, he went all-out, as he always does, and he pushed the pocket all over the place. Had three tackles for losses.**5. Todd Reesing**: Wasn’t as sharp as in Week 1, but still exhibited a terrific touch on the long ball and showed an ability to deal with non-stop blitzing.**6. Marcus Herford**: The offense was sluggish in the opening quarter until Herford returned a kick 74 yards for a touchdown.**7. Brandon McAnderson**: Hard to bring down, he rushed for 60 yards and two touchdowns.**8. Max Onyegbule**: Sack for a safety called attention to night that already was very active.**9. Mike Rivera**: Pressured the quarterback and made some punishing hits.**10. James Holt**: He’s fast and he hits hard.**The Keegan Ratings: Season Standings (total points)****1.** Marcus Henry (18 points) **2.** Todd Reesing (16 points) **3.** Aqib Talib (13 points) **4.** Joe Mortensen (12 points) **5.** Brandon McAnderson (10 points) **6.** Anthony Collins (8 points) **T-7.** Jake Sharp (7 points) **T-7.** James McClinton (7 points) **8.** Marcus Herford (5 points) **9.** Raimond Pendleton (4 points) **T-10.** Darrell Stuckey (3 points) **T-10.** Max Onyegbule (3 points) **11.** Mike Rivera (2 points) **T-12.** James Holt (1 point) **T-12.** John Larson (1 point)
