His father told ESPN that Calvin Lamb added that:
"Doron's got to worry about what happens with the team and the school in general,"
Now, you could take that as seeing who on this team leaves for the NBA but some believe this to be the issues that Kansas had with the football team off the court. Let's hope this is not a reoccurring theme because we will need guys like Lamb, Payne, Knight, and Selby to continue to succeed. I know KU will always reload but I really Like Doron Lamb and he would fit right in with this team.
Any thoughts?

Well sutton, i must say..... look @ what has happened since Brady...... an issue that was minor and not reported on by the Media because it was minor in the first place, but became major when the media had nothing else to work with..... there are no new fights ( at least so far )
We may lose someone like Lamb because of this, and that sucks. However, it's not like Self is bringing in Idiots. We have had a good run of kids recently so we were bound to bring in a couple boneheads, but saying mistakes like Brady's or Tyshawns or Marcus's werent the acts of Juvenile's becoming men.... that's just insane. We lost Snaer and Cheek because we held onto to X Henry.... had Calipari -> Kentucky not happened.... Had the Henry's not seen the light on what kinda person Calipari is..... they would be ooping it up in dixieland right now with Pat Pat and Bledsoe.... I remain optimistic John Wall will not qualify and got the EUro route..... and im pretty sure Cousin's hasn't lift more thana doughnut since getting to Bourbon COuntry.......
we will see when November turns, when we start seeing snowstorms instead of all day drizzels..... man it's almost Basketball season and while it's never perfect... It's far better being a Jayhawk than a tiger/Kitty/Heel/Devil.

Yeah i definitely trust Self I just thought I would point out that that the news is being noticed by our recruits and I do trust that Self will be able to smooth it over.
It does seem like KU is a favorite of Selby's which is nice. I would much rather have Selby than Lamb but certainly we need one of the two and we need Payne big time.

as the smart recruit often does.... they watch the team on the court.... when we start flying around dunking on everyone..... these young kids will think twice about Septembre.
Do we really need Payne.... i doubt both morri will jump pro this year.... which means we will have Withey, at least 1 morri, and trob.... ok we DO need a big coming in

True but Payne is a center and neither of the Morris twins are centers...We played last season with one center and I think that really hurt us. I dont want to only have one center next season and especially one that has only played half a season. We do need Payne to be a valuable backup to Withey. I dont know how foul prone Withey is but we do know that Cole sometimes picks up a ton of fouls. If Withey fouls a lot then we will definitely need a backup center that is not Markief Morris.
Like you said, we need Payne or some other near 7 foot center...I dont know if you got to see it but in the scrimmage I liked what Withey showed us and I think he will be really good for us if he can stay healthy.

i've seen alot of his videos from 2 years ago, and i like what i saw... I do think that we aren't not SUNK with 1 center.... we only had 1 center in 07-08.... and that didn't stop us then...... the question is... Is Withey as a junior better than Sasha was at a Senior..... only time will tell the answer to this question but I would like to think Yes, Emphatically.

Withey will be a sophomore next season, yes we get him for 3 and a half years. I definitely think that Withey is better than Sasha even right now. I wish Withey had Sasha's strength but I think Withey is a way better player. And we did have 2 centers in 2008, we had cole and sasha.

He redshirted so we get him for 3.5 years starting this December...thats why he did the skit with the freshman at Late Night.
