Peek inside KU football spring practice No. 4

After a 12-day layoff in the practice schedule coinciding with spring break, the Kansas football team returned to practice Tuesday, with the annual Spring Game just more than two weeks away.

Check out some of the work put in by defensive linemen Dorance Armstrong Jr., and Daniel Wise — under the guidance of new D-line coach Jesse Williams — as well as some drills involving cornerback Hasan Defense, receivers Daylon Charlot and Evan Fairs, tight end Ben Johnson — working in front of the watchful eyes of new offensive coordinator Doug Meacham — and more.

Why the hell do I have to put up with a new ad when I check in that I don't want and can't get it off my screen? This may be your last straw! I will find ways to live without JW after using you since 1948!

Hi Bob: We obviously have launched a video ad program on our site. We aren’t entirely happy with how it is functioning at the moment either. We do our best to test these programs before roll out, but unfortunately it is difficult to know how they will interact with our site and the various browsers until the program goes live. In other words, we’re working to make changes to the program. Those changes should minimize some of the aspects that users currently find annoying. We obviously want a good user experience, and we’re sorry that it is not better currently. Thank you for your patience on it. Chad Lawhorn, editor.

I miss the writeups about the spring practices you guys used to do. At this time of year I'm starved for KU football news!

if you are apple, grab a freeware called adblock. it's freeware but you'll want to give to the cause. Kills not only the ads, but the data drain they create. f'n awesome. it may be available outside apple, IDK.

the symbol is: a stop sign with a hand embedded. the reason i say that is because there are a few fakes.

same guy (benjamin in germany) makes a great iOS browser (not safari) for iPhone.

i use both and don't get ANY ads whatsoever. f'n awesome...
