Bill Self takes blame for KU giving up much of late lead vs. Baylor

After watching his team’s 16-point lead in the final two minutes shrink to to three and replacing his backups with starters and veterans, Kansas basketball coach Bill Self says that’s his fault for not playing the subs in pressure situations earlier in what turned out to be a 70-66 victory over Baylor in the Big 12 semifinals.

One of Baylor's three's in the last 45 seconds only took 3 seconds off the clock. The Baylor guards did a great job of milking the clock while Devonte let them get it past the half-court line without pressuring the inbounds pass. The clock only started once the ball was touched, and three times Devonte allowed them to roll the ball past half-court.!
