Kansas assistant coach Norm Roberts was in South Carolina on Tuesday night to see Class of 2021 shooting guard Bryce McGowens in action.

Roberts saw the 6-foot-5 McGowens help lead his team to a blowout win over Easley.

McGowens has inside-the-gym range, meaning, once he's inside the gym he can hit from anywhere. His size allows him to easily shoot over defenders and makes him a matchup nightmare for opponents.

McGowens has already unofficially visited Clemson, Georgia, Ole Miss, Pitt, and Florida State. LSU, Nebraska, Wichita State, Georga Tech, Xavier, South Carolina, and many others have already offered.

Sounds like this young man would prosper as a Jayhawk and would help the Jayhawks prosper as well. If he's interested in a top tier team with a family atmosphere in a small town with a college feel and citizens who are crazy about their team.... and top it off with coaches who will push him to be the best he can be and get him ready for the next level.... well, the Jayhawks is the right choice!

Well, what are we waiting for? Have we extended the offer to him? I heard Martin is pushing hard on recruiting him. This kid will be a great addition to the team.
