Wilson hasn't gotten a single point?

Agree about Wilson but how the hell is Todd number 4? Didn't he create the 2 turnovers that gave the Buff's 14 points? Wasn't he missing his receivers the whole first half? Didn't he make bad decisions like taking a sack when he could have thrown it away 15 yards behind the line of scrimmage or grounding the ball when he was 8 yards behind the line?

Wilson should have made the list. His best game in a while.

Dez missed two td passes, either one of which would have won the game for us!

Yes, he made a lot of other catches, but didn't come up with either of the 4th qtr ones that would have won the game!

East coast,

Cut him a little slack. Gifted "skill" position players dazzle us sometimes but championship teams win week after week b/c of the big uglies or hogs in the trenches.

Reesing's offensive line was nonexistent. He's one of the best clutch players I've ever watched. He's made more plays out of nothing than anyone I can remember.

The problem for us is our best offensive threat is, "designed play goes to sh** within 0.2 sec., the QB gets chased from 3 directions at once & Reesing creates another miracle".

Expecting our QB to continuing winning in 3rd down & 30 is unrealistic. The sad fact is Reesing will be buried in obscurity b/c his O-line & defense mostly stinks.

Besides a couple of equally gifted receivers, Reesing doesn't have much to work with. Can you imagine if he had a supporting cast like Tebow or McCoy?

Is there an article coming about the emergence of the new D players? It is nice to know more about Murphy, and see him continue to play well. It would be nice to know more about the rest of the D changes.

Man, I support Briscoe wholeheartedly, but how many drops did he have? I'm not only talking about the potential game winners. He at least SEEMED to me like he was less reliable than usual. Tough loss. If ku had dominated the game like they did the second half, this would have been a blowout for ku. Why does this team come out so slow this year?

hawkandtiger - I think it was more Reesing's uncharacteristic inaccuracy than Briscoe drops. The ball was rarely thrown to him in stride. He was constantly having to lay out, jump high, etc just to get fingertips on the ball. For whatever reason, Reesing was a couple of feet off with many of his throws Saturday, even in the rare occasions that he wasn't under pressure.
