This is phenomenal coverage of KU recruiting - the consistent updates on when the recruits officially signed, the videos...everything. Feel free to correct me but I went to a few top name football programs and couldn't find the coverage the KUsports offers. It's good to know the journalists are using all resources possible to provide in-depth information to the masses in an organized manner.

+1. Some of the recruits who haven't heard about----nice to see what they can do on tape. I hope Jayhawk Nation doesn't get spoiled with Matt Tait giving football updates, analysis and daily reports. Well done, Matt.

I've only watched three of these so far... But man great job LJW & Coach Gill!

Three I've watched:

Michael Cummings, Dylan Admire & Michael Reynolds.... All three absolutely phenomenal!

Watch the blocks that Admire brings... Watch him pull & run full intensity speed all the way down the field!

Watch how the coach has designed all of his playbook for the running backs to get a block from Admire 20 yards downfield!

Look at his size!

And Cummings? It's the 2nd coming of Turner Gill from the 80's!!!!

It's like a rifle is attached to his arm... And there he goes scrambling like Todd Reesing.... With "real" speed!!! The kid is a Porshe with a gun!!! Incredible Coach Gill!

And don't get me started on Michael Reynold's tape...

My God... It's like watching Zeus in a rocket powered tank fight a bunch of ants...

And that closing speed!!!

And what does he play all the positions on the field??

There is no way in the world Michael Reynolds is a four star... No way.

I've seen many five stars in my lifetime & just because he's from Kansas doesn't mean he's not a five star... D*mn the recruiting services....

He's not only a five star but should be one of the highest...

That kid is incredible.

And Turner Gill landed him.

And 26 others.

Great job today Jayhawks.

These videos are awesome.

Admire - uses his leg drive very well. He seems like he gets really good leverage.

Berglund - he can really run. I'm not in love with his throwing motion, but it looks quick enough. His size should help him in college.

Bakare - hits like a truck. I have no idea how someone that size generates that kind of leverage so consistently.

Bodenstein - He puts people on the ground. Also, the way he finishes (by driving through and then falling on top of the player) means he won't get called for holding. He just buries people.

Cummings - the kid stands in the pocket well, which is surprising for someone that can run like he can. He's a true QB. It will be interesting once he gets healthy.

Daniel - His ability to pursue sideline to sideline is incredible. In passing situations, I can see him being a monster.

Ford - for a guy his size, he moves well, but I am glad the coaching staff has him trimming down, because that will help his conditioning in college.

Garrett - played inside in a 4-3 set in high school, but his speed makes me think he may move outside in college. He has some coverage skills, so a move outside could capitalize on that.

Goodman - straight up speed rusher off the edge. He could be the guy we have been searching for to pressure the QB.

Hensley - he's the only LB I saw that will probably be an inside backer for sure. He can run, although he doesn't have the wheels of Love, Garrett or Bakare.

Love - has some good speed (as demonstrated on offense). KU may end up with a lot of outside LB's in this group.

Luhrsen - very mobile for a OL. His athleticism is a definite positive.

Martin - probably the best pass blocker among the linemen. He may need to bulk up to be his best in college, but he seems more technically advanced than the others.

Matlock - good ball skills, and doesn't mind hitting, which means he could be a turnover causing machine in the secondary.

Mueller - the most impressive thing I saw was that he hit that 42 yard game winner on the road. That's clutch.

Peters - he may become every running back's best friend. He's a classic drive blocker, so I could see him opening holes for the next few years.

Pierson - phenomenal speed and balance. I don't know if he will play corner or what, but I hope he returns kicks.

Reynolds - I'm amazed somebody didn't want this kid as a tight end. Tremendous athlete. And how many DE's return kickoffs?

Robinson - I honestly wasn't overly impressed, until I saw the pick he made at the 2:25 mark. That's ball skills right there.

Simmons - good runner. Good overall athlete.

Smith - good, fast, tough runner. I don't know how carries will be split up between him, Sims, Bourbon and Miller, but they should all be able to stay fresh.

This could be the start of a nice team. Time to start working on the class of 2012.
