Kansas senior forward Jamari Tarylor, who sat out the 2011-12 season but practiced with the KU team that advanced to the Final Four, discusses the similarities between this season’s Jayhawks and the 2012 version. Traylor says the 2011-12 and 2015-16 rosters are different, because players at certain key positions don’t play the same roles, but the senior from Chicago thinks this year’s Kansas team could turn out to be just as good. This season, Traylor points out, the Jayhawks have a good combination of veterans and talented young players. The 6-foot-8 forward also shares why he thinks freshman big man Cheick Diallo could make such a big impact for Kansas.
