Former KU quarterback Todd Reesing is hoping to continue his football career at the professional level next season.

I hope that he gets into coaching some day. He is bright and competitive and who knows, could someday coach the Hawks himself. I am skeptical that the NFL will give him a shot, but playing football anywhere, Canada or Europe, if not the NFL pays pretty good these days. If he does not get a shot in the NFL he could bring a European team to the States and beat them just for fun. The European experience would go well with his finance major, isn't it? Maybe pick up some international finance experience. That would not hurt either. Whatever happens, Todd Reesing is going to be a rich man someday and hopefully have a lot of fun doing it. Hopefully, he will always have fond memories of being a Jayhawk.
I heard that Mr. Reesing will be at the Hy-Vee on State Line Rd. in Leawood, KS next Saturday the 6th 10am-11:30 signing autographs when you buy a KU or Orange Bowl book. Should be pretty cool. I think if you buy one of the books now before that day, they are $5 off at that store. I know I'll be there...he's only the best quarterback in KU history!!!
