I truly believe the biggest thing to guard against is a huge letdown after the big win in the Hawktagon of Dominance!!! Colorado can sneak up on us if the Jayhawks aren't ready to play. Good Luck, Jayhawks!!! One game at a time.
Not worried about a letdown at all. I think Self has told his team that they have not played well there in past years and I dont think CU will be sneaking up on us after beating Baylor. Expect Burks to play tonight despite that knee, hes not going to miss the opportunity to play against the #1 team in the country.
I got KU by 20 in this game. I really think if Cole is finishing strong and Marcus Morris continues his great play we will have no problem in this game. This could be a game where X finally shows up as well. The next two games could be the two games where X gets back on track and starts to score the ball again.
Dont expect Sherron to score a ton tonight unless we are struggling. Typically he doesnt score a lot in games where we dont need him to and I think tonight is one of those games, obviously on Monday it will be a different story at UT.
I see the reason for calling this a trap game but I really trust Bill Self with this team and he will have them ready to play.
Wow and as soon as I say look for Burks to play he is out for tonights game. Keeping my prediction at 20 points.
