Papa Lew wants to be able to sell those luxury Gridiron Club seats, and a 5-game (potentially 7-game) losing streak along with any major internal fiascos could make it tough to do so. He is going to want the ship righted pronto.

To win the North, a lot of things have to happen. Besides us winning out, I think we would have to end up in a three-way tie for first place with KSU (loses their last two games) and NU (loses last two of three, beating KSU). It could get more interesting if CU also finishes 4-4 in conference play. We would then have to win one of the subsequent tie-breakers.

Someone please feel free to correct me if I am mistaken.

Where are you located? The best bet is to find a place like Chili's or Applebee's that has cable and not DirecTV. There are a lot of bars that have cable instead as well. Another option is to check out www.channelsurfing.net online tomorrow morning and see if they are showing it.

Your post is all over the map.

First, did you read Jesse's post directly above yours? K-State is probably not even going to be eligible. Even if they win 2 of their last 3 regular schedule games, and go on to the Big 12 Championship game and get blasted by Texas, they will be 6-7 in bowl qualifying games.

Second, did you attend the Insight Bowl last year? We easily outnumbered the Minnesota fans 2 to 1.

Third, "...Mangino has the best college football job in America..." - - what the?? I love KU football, but he does not have the best college football job in America.
