Mangino denies validity of former player allegations
This whole situation makes me sick. A bunch of players complaining about discipline? This reminds me of Dan Hawkins rant about intramurals. If these players can't handle it they can pay for tickets and watch from the stands. Now, if Lew Perkins is stupid enough to fire Mangino, then the very next move of the new chancellor better be to fire Lew. To even think that we can get a better coach who can do a better job is ignorant. To even think there are people out there that even want this job AND can do better is beyond ignorant. Now, Mangino hasn't always handled himself with class but neither have our players. Lew is using this whole situation as a smoke screen to get rid of him for having a bad season when we should have, of all years, won the North. Lew better look past these whining, complaining players and parents (most of whom didn't even contribute to the program) and consider the programs overall success. Forget the national recognition he has brought to our program, Lew doesn't even have to look beyond Mount Oread to see how successful we have been under Mangino. When he first came here football was a laughing stock on campus and the games were just a 15,000 person Johnson County wine and cheese party. Now we are legitimately selling out the stadium EVERY game with thousands of fans on the hill, have had numerous additions and upgrades in facilities, have had just about every game on TV the last few years. All this has led to millions of dollars in financial donations back to the academic side of the University of Kansas. Mark Mangino's life story is the epitome of the American Dream and he is and always will be my role model. Rock Chalk Jayhawks!

KU coughs it up
You all are just a bunch of whiners. Sure the season has been going down hill and Todd hasn't been playing well but to be as pessimistic as you all are is ridiculous. As I said last week, jump off the bandwagon and go back to cheering for just basketball. We don't need you as fans if you aren't going to support us during the highs and the lows. Basketball can wait because football isn't over. Rock Chalk Jayhawks!

Reesing benched in Jayhawks’ loss
Fire Wariner? Bench Reesing? Reesing not our best player? Thank goodness for Bball season? Already complaining about next season? Are you all serious? I knew it wouldn't take long for the bandwagon fans who have been moonlighting as KU fans to go back to just cheering for basketball.

C.J.’s impact a mystery
I can't wait for both of these chumps to NOT be a part of KU baseketball anymore!

KU tennis tournament showcases new courts
Having to use off-campus courts further proves that KU Tennis will always be third-class since they cut men's tennis. The fact that we can build facilities out the wazzu for the basketball and football but don't support the Olympic sports fully is sad. I have an idea, why don't we have the student body build a tennis facility like they did for the rowing team

Texas RB commits to Kansas
Anyone know where to find pictures of the new Kansas billboards? I am living out of town now and would love to see what they look like.

Henrys stick with KU
I agree with Michaelho, Wissoxfan, tdalry! I have been against recruiting these guys since day one, I am glad everyone else is starting to feel uneasy about them also. I am sick of hearing about them and their complete lack of respect for the University and I am disappointed that Bill Self would even waste his time with people with such little character and disregard for KU. These two chumps remind me of a similar situation when we recruited a soft-skinned, whinny daddy's boy whose father called all the shots: David Padgett. We will be good with or without these chumps so lets drop them and move on because that is apparently what they want to do anyway.

Xavier Henry to skip summer school, will report to KU's campus in August
Carl Henry is a scumbag and I don't think very highly of his two sons either. Why would we even considering having these chumps at KU they are only concerned with themselves. I haven't liked these kids nor will I ever. It seems as if Carl Henry runs the show with these goons. Last time we had a dad that called the shots was David Padgett and we all know how that turned out.
You all might think I am being harsh but I am thinking about the overall program not one year or one player. Just my opinion.
