KU to look into 'ways to improve' procedures for Late Night

Three days on, still zero accountability for this fiasco taken on by the KU athletic department. Embarrassing.

KU to look into 'ways to improve' procedures for Late Night

My understanding is that in prior years, KU staff would hand out tickets to people in line 30-60 minutes before the doors opened, but this year the just-in-time ticket distribution didn't take place, which led to the bum rush from the back of the line to get in. Is my understanding incorrect?

Cedarhawk, Self makes about $4,000,000 a year. Do you think students pay his salary? Do you think students own the basketball program?

Routinely mangles the national anthem to mention the name of a Missouri-based NFL team = not "the best student section in America."

The "better idea" stated or implied in many posts above is that KU should implement basic crowd control procedures for future Late Night events. Sorry we didn't spell out the specifics of how that would be done for your benefit. It does make sense to leave the details of implementation to experts, no?

And insisting KU should be held accountable for its failures, since KU has yet to state in any medium I've seen that it intends to accept responsibility on its own, is hardly "bash whining." Ditto those blaming the terrible KU students who took advantage of KU's failure at the expense of their fellow fans; I see nothing wrong with calling them out.

If it was first down and he ran 30 yards, it would be first down again.

If the LJW Sunshine Machine won't give a gasser to Weis for the poor coaching that led to the bizarre fake punt, they never will.

FINAL: Texas Tech rolls KU football, 54-16

Some KU players apparently joined the ridiculous APU movement today... maybe they can lobby to have the NCAA stop keeping score at football games. http://msn.foxsports.com/collegefootb...

In fact, KU Athletics issued numerous tweets using similar language, blaming its customers over and over and over again. Observe: https://twitter.com/KUAthletics
