way to man up...this will all hopefully come to pass for everyone, those involved will be better for it long term, and the school won't be the butt of too many jokes or negative recruiting tactics by other schools.

the pressures of all the expectations getting to these guys or what? this all looks really bad for self in the short term, and the U in the long term. for brady, who is such a hard worker, underdog, etc. this is a shame...you gotta keep your eye on the prize man! sure anyone can slip up, but you brady? really???

Lew Perkins issues statement on Tuesday incident

has no one here ever got in a fight? your all so perfect. let's hope these guys learn from it, take their punishments like men, grow a bit, and move on and have productive seasons. i'm sure they will all do just that.

this is not something they should be sent home for. there are tons of fights on campuses everywhere, every day. get over yourselves! disciplinary action will happen, let them get the facts together first.

i wonder how many of you were convinced that sherron raped that woman? how many of you indicted him and chided him before he was cleared?

look, i don't condone this, and don't care for the boys will be boys nonsense. i just think people are over reacting. period. calm down. maybe you all need to meet up with the fighters and go to yoga or something. relax yourselves.

KU sports teams’ apparent feud spurs 2nd brawl

tyshawn, my jersey compadre...what's up? i don't want to pass judgement, enough folks already have. you are young, use this as a wake up call though to not jeopardize all the great things that lie ahead--if you listen to the teachings of the great coaches like Hurley, Self, etc. and all the other wonderful people around you who have helped you reach great heights. when you let yourself down, you let them down too.

i also would like to see someone here stand up and be a positive leader. where are the simien's of this basketball team, the vaughn's, etc.?

Pollard most likely done with NBA

ordan was the greatest at his position. Hands down. Pollard has a big mouth too. He yaps on about everything. So much for the brotherhood after telling that Clevland story. Yikes. Hope Donnie isn't reading this story for O's sake.

Ostertag wants back in NBA

First off, you don't have to live that frugally with the earnings he made...smart that he did but c'mon.

Big O is a great guy. I remember when he donated his kidney to his sister while still an active player. Amazing.

I also still have this wacky memory of him and Jacque Vaughn at late night...he was singing Garth Brooks' "Friends in Low Places.". Pretty funny stuff.

Coming back-tough but he's got the right mindset. Best of luck O. Maybe Big Country will attempt the same and you can relive some of your great battles!
