I am just as sickened by the loss to N.Iowa as anybody else, but we all need to realize that this was not the 08 team, people talk about full court press and speeding them up but we don't have Chalmers or T-rob or Rush who flat out controled games by they're quickness and ability to steal the ball or pressure other gaurds into turnovers. we need to get that back to go deep. Look at N. Carolina they have all the talent in the world in the post but no guards= N.I.T .
I really hope Cal go's to the nets and gets the hell out of the game I love. It makes me sick that he was ever involved with the hawks. But in hindsight he's just doing the same kind of things his mentor taught him, go to a place with great basketball tradition and screw it up, He has no place in college hoops.
Why does this man get to write about the jayhawks? he picks Texas then the next day he talks about KU winning the national championship which is what he should be talking about all the time. surely there is a sports writer out there that would lvoe to give Kansas the credit they deserve
isn't it amazing when K-state finally gets some cred that they start coming up with names like octagon of doom, and then the fans start acting like they belong on the stage with Kansas.
I hope the hawks put the wildkittys away like they did mizzou. but I have to admit the kittys are a little better. And im sure will see some cups flying early.
this is really getting stupid do the henrys really think they are above KU ? Does anyone remeber a guy named lester Earl no.1 pick coming out of high school transfers to Kansas from LSU and sucked from day one . these one and done players need to understand that you can be a great player coming out of high school but until you are coached by a stellar coach like Bill Self you cant become a Brandon Rush or a Mario Chalmers . So I say Cal you want them take them! and then you can play your NBA ball without plays or the ability to hit a freethrow and your stock is falling in the draft because there is to many one and done players on your team the rest of us up here in the land of Basketball tradition will be celebrating another national title. carl is a better pg than Sherron . your f******* crazy.
I think langford should hang in the rafters because of what he did to d-wade in the final 4 plus he was a great player. people should remember that he was the go to guy on that team.
Hoops recruit McLemore not ready to commit
If Ben comes to late night its a done deal.

FINAL: Clutch Collins helps sink KSU, 81-79, in overtime
close but no cigar kittys , I swear i never want to hear octagon of doom again because they don't deserve a catchy home court saying.

Do you think that Keith Langford (KU's sixth-leading scorer all-time, 1,812 points) deserves to have his jersey hung in the rafters at Allen Fieldhouse?
I think langford should hang in the rafters because of what he did to d-wade in the final 4 plus he was a great player. people should remember that he was the go to guy on that team.
