My opinion is that sometimes during an interview, parts of an interview can be left out to enhance the story and to sell newspapers. I wasn't there, but somehow I think this might have happened to Carl. He was upset because what he wanted to say was not what was printed! The story is not that bad, just probably misrepresented Carl's thoughts. Who is really going to know the whole story???? Carl has learned that you have to be careful----the media will use you as a headliner for their own ploy! Leaving out a few words here or there can change the whole connotation of what you were trying to say. And the mountain was born from a molehill. Some KU fans will over-react by what they read or hear! Passion always sells!

Turnovers plague KU

Easy troups,
The best part of this problem is that there is still time to remediate the problem of turnovers. I believe it is still a process of the players thinking too much about running an offense and not seeing the defense. This team is soooo young! When they know without thinking where each of their team mates is on the floor without looking, then the turnovers will drop. Think about the number of times that B Rush would leave the corner for a thunder dunk and Mario and Russ just knew when to make that pass! It will take time, and there still is time....

jhwkfan---you are the bozo!! I cant make it any simpler than that!!! This team with no starters from a year ago, the national championship team, are supposed win again in your circus world? I am sorry they are not understanding that since they dont live up to your expectations that you evidently inherited from a divine source. I would imagine that you have never even played the game on a D-1 level. OH WAIT, because you watch BB on TV that makes you King, Judge, and Jury. You are a spoiled little brat who has had success off of someone elses coat tail and now you are angry because they dont live up to your expectations. You sound like a misery fan--so go change your log name and leave the rest of us who understand that youth and rebuilding is part of the process. By the way, Memphis was also 11-3 as of yesterday, but they had 2 returning starters. Hum??? the year Syracuse won the national championship they played its first 13 games at home? Go find a different sport to watch. I would suggest hockey---so get the puck out of here!
