Mount Aldrich tops rankings
Biggest disappointment was definitely Taylor. He looked like a freshman playing his first game on ESPN. If he continues to turn it over, he won't play.

Drama takes away from game
I only have one question: "What in the name of James Naismith is a "basketeer"? Good grief.

Not-so-gentle reign
I am really disappointed that Perkins started this investigation now, right in the middle of this dream season. With the big win against Nebraska behind them, KU is expected to give UT a game Saturday at Austin, which will be hosting College Game Dayfor what might be a preview of the Big 12 Championship. Even if KU loses, they can still win the North outright with only some unfinished business against MU at Arrowhead. But now, with Perkins' stunt, the whole season is at risk. Oh, wait...never mind.

Is KU football worst in Big 12 this season?
Totally unconvincing. The way I understand the question it is who is the worst team NOW---not last September. KU is a team that has deteriorated over the course of the year. Baylor recently pulled off a big win at MU who beat KSU on the road. KU has no "big" win. They are oh so very close to being winless in the league. Win at MU and I might be convinced they aren't at the bottom. Lose out, it confirms it.

Hofstra guard Jenkins a dangerous threat
slowplay...if a single loss could effect the entire season, as in football, Self would play cupcakes, too. Losses in the non-con don't really mean anything to this team's aspirations.
Unheralded guards have lit KU up before, so stay tuned.

Stuckey's all-around game helps him to top of Keegan ratings
What, no Todd Reesing?

Returner Banks key weapon for KSU
KU could play a great game, poised for victory, and Banks could snatch it away. He is that good. Please don't kick to him.

Reesing deserves courtesy
trojanhawk--How on earth could you say KU has been in a position to "compete for a Big 12 Championship"? You have to win the North to even get in the conversation, and as MU and others have found out, that is more likely an opportunity to get bulldozed by OU or UT. Bottom line, this was a golden opportunity to win the North, and it is likely a missed opportunity.
I am not calling for Mangino's head. The program is better. However, Mangino is also paid more and has better facilities to work with than any previous KU coach. So, the expectations should be higher.
