Kansas signee dazzles

I am actually more excited about Thomas Robinson than I am about any of our possible recruits (Henry, Stephenson, et cetera). He may not have the incredible NBA ready talent that those guys have, but he is a stud in the paint and he will be an amazing compliment to Cole in the post. We honestly don't lose to teams like MSU if we have another beast in the post with Cole. I can't wait to see him and Elijah in Crimson and Blue. We are going to be so deep!

Minneapolis it is

I agree that it would not be a surprise if we are two and done, but I think that if we get past the first two rounds we will give MSU a hell of a game. Obviously they beat us soundly in East Lansing, but that was a different KU team. We have matured a lot since then and I really don't think they have become much better. With that said, we need to focus on our 1st round opponent and take care of business. There will be plenty of KU fans who make the trip and I guarantee that it will not feel like a NDSU home game.

One and done

This was a really bad loss, but I honestly think that we can make some noise in the tournament no matter how we did in the Big 12. Syracuse beat UCONN last night and Pitt falls to WVU, so it is just a crazy time of year and it will be our turn to play spoiler in the big dance. We are probably still going to get a #3 or #4 seed, which is incredible considering what we last from last years National Championship team. I am very proud of our season and I think we still have a few more wins in us. Rock Chalk!!!

Little’s status still up in air

I agree with the redshirt. We are a good team this year, but with or without him we will really need some luck to make a deep run in the tournament. I think he is going to be incredible next year and will really play a major roll as a scorer. If he plays this year at 70% I don't think it will be that big of an impact. Whatever the decision is, I know that Coach Self will do what is best for the team.

Marcus Morris on rise

I love our team this year and we are really exciting to watch and it is great to be able to see our development, but t is a little premature to start comparing individual players to the 1988 National Championship team. For one, Danny Manning was one of the best all around college basketball players of all time and can not be compared with Cole. It would be amazing if Cole ever comes close to being as dominant as Danny Manning.

Arizona big man transferring to KU

This is great news for next year. Our lack of rebounding has been shown numerous times this year (especially against Arizona) so it is fantastic to have another big man in practice. I don't think we should red-shirt Little. He is supposed to be an outstanding talent and could really help us win games this year and next year.
