Langford was rated #93. Releford is rated #25 by scouts.com, so he is rated pretty high by some people.

I think the idea of an 8 man rotation for basketball needs to be address with the two freshman replacing the two departed sophomores. The other thing is I can remember the last good KU team that only had 2 3-point shooters. Check the 01-02 team. Boschee and Heinrich. Langford and miles couldn't hit the broad side of a barn. Granted it would be nice if chalmers and collins could become more consistent 3-point shooters but i think reed will be able to knock some down.

Spodcasters: Border War debate (Spodcasters)

I am excited to see the game at arrowhead. If I still lived in lawrence, I would certainly be disappointed, but I don't. I would have to say that this will be nice because now the average KU fan will be able to go to the mizzou game every year instead of just every other year. I am pretty sure that there are always going to be at least 30 to 40 thousand KU fans that will be willing to go to this game and I think the same of Mizzou. Because of that I think the game will at least be close to a sellout which will make it a lot of fun. I agree it would be nice if they would separate the sections but I wouldn't mind starting a fight with a couple of dumbsh*ts from missouri in the stands.

Hilton Magic vs. Ditka (Spodcasters)

I am not really sure why there haven't been any spodcasts lately so I will just comment on KU's play of late. The thing that I have notice about this team is that they have no ability to impose there own tempo on the other team. I am not sure if KU wants to play fast or slow, but I do know that we end up playing the speed the other team wants. We play mizzou and they want to play fast so we play fast. We play Tech and they want to play slow so we play slow. We play OK state and they want to play fast so we play fast.

I think that Bill needs to establish what tempo we want to play and then impose that tempo upon the other team instead of the other way around.

The Keegan Ratings: Slim pickings

I don't see how they can say brandon rush is so NBA ready when he is so consistenly inconsistent. He did this all last year and it seems to have carried over. I think our go to players need to be chalmers and arthur. Chalmers is the man. Give him the rock.

Basketball season? (Spodcasters)

I was happy to finally figure out that I can KLWN over the web. That is really nice. In any case I was able to listen to the FS vs LHS game (i am a free state alum and ku grad) and I also listen to the ku game. I have a couple of questions/comments.

1. Do you think the Murphy brothers are going to be productive for KU? It seems as though B-Mac is doing pretty well.

2. What kind of loss do you think it is for KU to not land Ballard?

3. How bad is the KU defense because I was not able to see the game?

4. Does Free State have any chance of a national ranking this year?

5. Is Mangino going to figure out how to get this team to finish out a game? We have blown some pretty significant leads.

6. Who is going to lead the team in scoring for basketball? My bet is chalmers.

7. Why don't we try some of our receivers at Defensive back, it seems as though we have a lot of really athletic guys on offense, murph, lamb, hereford, roux, henry, fields and even jake sharp? One of those guys is bound to be able to play some defense.

8. The amadi brothers where not a big loss for our defense.

9. What would you say is the main cause of all these late colapses?
