So, here's what happened. In the course of the article being posted, someone dragged parts of paragraphs 2-8 to the bottom of the article. It's easy to do, I'm sure you've done it in Microsoft Word or an e-mail as well. Sorry we didn't get it fixed sooner. He's arrested on suspicion of DWI because he hasn't been charged or convicted. So no, it's not fair to say "You either get arrested for a dwi or you don't". There are steps in the legal process before you could say that.

If I remember the original ruling, those Cole 45 and Sherron T-shirts were actually found NOT to be violations. It was a very strange ruling and the strangeness was the basis for many of the appeals.

We've got witnesses to the incident on camera, but we haven't gotten that back to the newsroom yet. We'll get names and faces with each of these statements before the day is up. Also, as shelleysue points out, there are both photos and videos of the incident this morning.
