Tom Keegan: Pooka Williams as flexbone QB?

Dumb. Dumb. Dumb. I have an idea. Let's not break our favorite new player in the 3rd game of his Freshman flipping year. Run the offense and get him the ball in space where he is dangerous.

Tom Keegan: Resumption of rivalry with Missouri would help KU football

Kansas made it very clear. Leave and we have no desire to continue the rivalry. Missouri left then has wined and complained that we ended the rivalry. We just kept our promise. Everybody knows when you disciple a 5 year old that you have to follow through with what you say or your next threat of punishment is empty. As usual Keegan makes his money by stirring the pot. Idiot

Former KU AD Lew Perkins gives school thumbs-up for hiring Jeff Long

Keegan is a pot stirrer. He calls one of the worst ADs in history for comment just to piss everybody off and get the reaction that it is getting from this comment section. Lew Perkins was and always will be "Hognose" which is what my dad called him every Saturday he walked down the hill. He sucked so bad he would have somebody drive his car away from the stadium when he arrived.

Self says KU 'pushing buttons' but still awaiting word on De Sousa, Preston

UNC had a huge academic scandal that went on for years that got swept under the table. NCAA decided not to punish them (UNC) about 3 months ago. We have had a lot of negative press the last 2 years I agree

Self says KU 'pushing buttons' but still awaiting word on De Sousa, Preston

Three years ago we pushed and pushed and pushed to get Check Diallo cleared by the NCAA pointing out in a 7 page letter how inept the NCAA was being. They were embarrassed by the letter being made to look like the fools that they are because in a day or 2 Check was cleared. There is no doubt in my mind that they are holding a grudge and will drag their feet as long as possible. By the way Andrew Luck's dad was the lead foot dragger at that time. We may not get our players until the Big12 tournament if those same clowns are in charge

Column: Can Cozart continue as KU's QB?

What confounds me is when we find a play that works we only see that play maybe one more time the rest of the game. If a jet sweep or a WR screen fails we will run the same play again quickly. Defense was actually pretty good today considering they were are the field a lot and inherited a short field 4 to 5 times. I am not a fire HCCW guy but I have some serious concerns. Do our coaches know that halftime is for adjustments? If we run a play that works or fails for a specific reason doesn't that show a weakness so that we can take advantage of the weakness? The play that jumps out to me today was the play action post that literally worked the 2-3x we ran it.
