Familiar name makes his way to top of Keegan ratings
Kudos to the O-line and Huldon Tharp!!! They played hard and I feel bad for them after playing so well.

From bad to worse
Thanks for the great memories seniors. It is truly unfortunate that things didn't work our like expected this year. However, keep your heads up and remember that there is more to life than football. I think you all will definetly succeed in the game of life. And don't forget, we have two more game yet to play. Stranger things have happened. Tejas is due for it's annual trip up. Rock Chalk.

FINAL: KU's defense collapses late in 31-17 loss to Nebraska
I felt like the offense showed signs of life today.....Reesing seemed to gain a little confidence. My questions are: Why run option to the weak side with Operum, rather than more zone reads for him? What is up with the pooch kick WITH THE WIND? And how many times have we seen our defensive personel just hit the ball carrier, rather than wrap up? Oh well, I'm still saving hope for a win against mizsewery.

FINAL: Daniel Thomas runs for 183 yards in KSU's 17-10 victory over KU
We will not win another game this year as long as Reesing and Sharp are starting in the backfield. Don't get me wrong, I truly appreciate everything those two have done for our program, and am very thankful. But it's time to move on. They aren't getting it done, and we have watched for 4 weeks in a row how really inept our offensive has become. I think the blame can be shared by the coaching stafff for keeping these two out on the field. How do we go from averaging over 40 points per game to 10? Time to build for the future------Pick and Operum.

A different path: Unlike his brothers, Kerry Meier picked KU
I think what 100 was trying to say, but couldn't express it clearly, was that KU should, ".......just beat KSU."

Did you agree with the benching of Todd Reesing in the fourth quarter against Texas Tech?
Play calling doesn't cause Reesing to hold, hold and hold the ball and take a sack, when a senior would know to get rid of it. Play calling didn't cause Todd to pull out early from center. Play calling didn't cause Reesing to fumble/throw picks against CU in the first half. Play calling didn't cause Reesing to throw 3 picks in the first half against OU. It's Todd's lack of execution and poor decision making that caused those mistakes. With that being said, I'm also going to share the blame by saying that his normally sure-handed receivers have let him down as well. However, I think that Todd has gotten too comfortable as the starting QB. He seems to lack focus and drive. Competition is a great thing. Whenever you have quality depth, the starters know that they need to execute or they will be watching the game from the sideline. I think after the CU, OU and most of the Tech game, Mangino did the right thing by benching Todd. I hope that he gets the message that even he isn't above the program. I guarantee you that if it had been a defensive back playing as poorly as Todd did, he would have been benched after the first half of the CU game. I'm not here to bash Reesing, as I am very grateful for what he has done to our program. But he also needs to realize that even he can't get too complacent. Rock Chalk!
