Opinion: Kansas football primed to upset Red Raiders

We have not played a complete game yet, chiefly due to the offense being bad. No getting around we have not looked impressive. Heaps is stlll shaking off rust from being out of action for nearly two years. And he has not been that bad. He will have a breakout game at some point. Pardula is a great weapon. Even though we have played some not so good teams, it is apparent that our secondary is improved. Just maybe, the Tech game is where we put it all together. Tech has holes, mainly in the OL. They have not run the ball well. Their QB play has been shaky without Brewer. Their defense has been better than expected. TCU played miserably on offense in the game against Tech and there were officiating calls that did not go their way. They had a significant impact on the outcome of that game.

We played well at home last year for the most part; the ISU game being an exception. Our coaches, players and fans are sick of the Big 12 losing streak. Plenty of motivation. Just say that I will not be shocked if we pull the upset.

KU cornerback Kevin Short to sit out 2013 season

No, no, no. I hope you are joking/sarcasm. Heaps, McCay, Cox, Miles, Sendish, McKinney, Johnson, Ngalu, Fondal, Smithburg, Sterling, etc, all say hi. Not even remotely close. Not to mention Turner wasted a year of Heeney's career by playing ST only. And now we have a punter and place kicker.

Opinion: Has KU football found its deep threat?

That photo is not of the pass that is mentioned in the article. Coleman was targeted twice in the game.

Opinion: Jayhawk running backs' skills stack up nicely

It is great to see that the running backs all appear to get along for the good of the team. Credit them and the coaches, Coach Mitchell in particular, for getting this accomplished. Good luck guys and Rock Chalk! Will be in the stadium rooting you on tonight. Nice article, Tom.

Opinion: Wide receiver Nick Harwell still coming to KU whether his former school cooperates or not

I have not said the BCS was superior to its predecessor. That is YOUR interpretation. I am under no false impression. We have a poster that posed the question of KU dissolving football which is ridiculous considering that KU won a BCS Bowl game just five years ago, something KSU has not done. Fact. And who in the hell talks about KSU ending their football program? Numerous other reasons why it is ridiculous to talk about ending the football program but no need to digress further.

You are seeing one side of the equation to support your self. What if that fact is critical to my defense and my attorney does not present it to the jury?

Talk about strange comparisons, your Final Four comparison meets that very well. Did I say that the success KSU has had prior to the BCS changing its name does not mean anything? FACT, KSU has not won a BCS Bowl game. Indisputable, there is nothing more to debate.

Good grief. It is a FACT that KSU has not won a BCS Bowl Game. I do not care what went on prior to the origination of the BCS. And I do not want either one of you or Crystal Jones representing me as my attorney in court.

How do you derive pointless distinction out of an indisputable fact and then go further to call it a slam? Interesting interpretation.

Overreact much? You read a lot into things. Who is saying KSU Is not successful in football? I need no reminder of that. Fact, they have not won a BCS Bowl game. Not disputable. Sorry the Kittens reference offended you. It was a playful gesture or response to a few of the terms their fans use to describe a Jayhawk.
