Hey Jaybate, do you have any idea what the practice schedules are for basketball team because I was wanting to go get some autographs but have no idea where to look for players!

The best thing about adding WV and being rid of the slavers is that the conference IQ will go up without losing any of it's hillbilly heritage!

Adolph Rupp was the greatest coach in UK history and one of the greatest in NCAA history. At the time of his mandatory retirement in 1972, he was the NCAA all-time leader in coaching wins.

Rupp coached teams appeared in 20 NCAA tournaments, advanced to the Final Four 6 times, and won the championship 4 times (1948, 1949, 1951, 1958). A Rupp coached UK team also won the NIT in 1946 while it was still considered prestigious.

Hey man. Hey there mystery man.

Thanks for your "For Bob Frederick" poem. Amazing words. I wish I had the scope to draw such poignant scripts. Whether they be 3 lines or a thousand.

Wheat is something only a native could be proud of. Something only a native can look inside, to find redemption.

I know Bob Frederick. All us wheat wavers do. So thanks.

Jaybate,If only because Im super-curious what you would have to say--please go to the "Fearless Freshman" story about Tyshawn, and see what 'bobbysfissure' said about RussRob at the end of the blogging. I was more than mad, but I think rightly so, since the legacy of last years team is now in the history books (including Russell's). I just couldnt believe it!...
