Reesing has had success against Colorado
"...then-fifth-year head coach Mark Mangino made a move that will go down in Kansas football history as arguably the greatest coaching decision of all-time."
You sure about that? We burned the redshirt off the greatest QB in KU history for a couple games in order to qualify for a bowl, to which we never got invited. So no, it was not the greatest coaching decision of all time, because it would be pretty nice to have Todd back next year. Not that MM could have known that we wouldn't get to go to a bowl, but playing those games cost us a potential whole season with Todd.

KU football will play Oklahoma at either 2:30 or 7 p.m. on ABC
derringer, since when is 65 degrees not warm enough? And how are we primed for a letdown? We could not possibly be any more spooked after looking totally inept on D in that ISU game. "Letdowns" occur with overconfidence and coming off big wins. The only redeeming part of your post is that you managed to say the word "moot" twice in your incredibly long run-on sentence.

Brady Morningstar delivers open letter to KU fans
It wasn't poorly written. People just feel like they have to be d-bags when they're behind the shroud of anonymity.

Markieff Morris involved in non-injury accident driving teammate's car
LJW is reporting it because Kevin Kietzman on WHB 810am radio this afternoon accused Morris of driving and wrecking a car that belonged to Scot Pollard, thus committing a severe NCAA violation. He reported this without verifying whether it was true or not (which it wasn't) for the blatantly obvious purpose of slinging mud at KU at an opportune moment. Scot Pollard was kind enough to call in to the radio show and call the man out for disregarding any semblance of journalistic integrity. Kietzman, a KSU alum, has shown over the years to be horribly biased against KU and has repeatedly used his platform to denigrate KU athletics. Don't let Kietzman win. This was a simple traffic accident (albeit late at night, but the kid is in college and wasn't drunk on a Saturday night, so that's gotta count for something). This is not LJW's fault, and it's not a reason to be upset toward the basketball team. It's an intentional attack from a dirtbag named Kietzman.

NOISE? BRING IT ON!
You are a disgrace. In some countries, your fingers would be chopped off for typing something this stupid.

Kansas playing dodgeball
You can still condemn it if you want, but you should provide full disclosure that the "words Taylor used on his Facebook page" were lyrics from a Lil Wayne song. Other than, of course, the ones indicating that his injury was from throwing a punch. So your beef with the words he used should partly be with the rap music culture, because that's their origin.

KU's Sharp likely a game-time decision against Southern Miss
If it's a hammy, DON'T PLAY HIM!!!!!
2 weeks rest could prevent this becoming a nagging thing that could ruin the part of the season where we'll really need Jake.
