More memories from the mid 80's

1988 - My favorite Lulo - Pellock moment was when we were playing ball in the park where the train is. I forget the name. Anyways, it was close to midnight and we used our car lights to shine on the court. Lulo was built like a brick wall and I kept running in to him and falling down lack a sack of potatoes. Pellock was on my team and he was running to the basket. Lulo was trying to box him out and Pellock ran in to him, jammed his finger, and went nuts on Lulo. The next game Pellock played for KU he had to wear a splint on his finger thanks to Lulo.

More memories from the mid 80's

I bet we do know each other. My Freshman year Lulo had an Alfa Romeo I believe. He had a Blazer that he drove my Sophomore year. The fact that Bear still owes you money - maybe you need to collect from Tony Berry? Indeed they were good times.

Some Memories From the Mid 80's Parts 1 & 2

milwaukee - I lived in Meadowbrook in 85 and 86. Altonio Campbell lived there as well. Probably a guy you have never heard of. He was a great guy. All it takes is one nice memory of meeting any Jayhawk and it's easy to get sentimental about it. We have had many special guys wear the crimson, maize, blue, and white.

Snaer chooses Florida State

Good luck to Mr. Snaer. Those who say good luck in the NIT need to realize he and Singleton have a good chance to be as good as any two Jayhawks next year. Snaer is going to FSU because he believes it is the best place for him. I find no fault in that. KU could have used him and Coach Self wouldn't have recruited him if he didn't agree. It's a loss not to have him but one we will overcome.

Change is coming to KUSports.com

Jonathan - You and Jessie are doing a fine job regardless of what other people care to bitch about. In a perfect world all of us would be perfect. Some of us must be living in a perfect world.
