Morris twins take a few lessons from Simien

It's great to have a player like Simien hanging around Kansas basketball. He represents everything that is right about college basketball. It's good to see the Morris twins hanging around him. I hope he has a great season in Atlanta.

DA decides not to file charges against Sherron Collins

I enjoyed the 40 - 12 run by the Jayhawks over the Tar Heels again this morning. Sherron and Cole were really big in that game. What a game. These guys will never completely understand how much joy they bring to an old guy like me. Come on guys, let's focus on next season. The only way to top this one is to do a back to back one when no one expects it. Collins and Aldrich proved they are ready to play at the highest college basketball level. They are just going to need some help. Collins has the ability to lead this team a long way next year. This year, though, defenses will be focused on him. He will do just fine.

Court documents: Collins lawsuit was not properly served because of address error

I sure hope Collins didn't do this. I don't see how anyone could prove such a thing. I think he will go free whether or not he did it simply because it is so difficult to prove. His steal and 3-pointer was the real turn of a game that was lost. He is as big as a hero as Chalmers. But, if he did this, he needs to be punished. Again, I sure hope he didn't. We really need him next year. He very well could be our leading scorer.

Alleged victim in Collins case speaks out through attorney

I am guessing but the amount sounds like much to do about nothing or very little. Did Sherron physically assault the lady? I doubt it. Did he go a little bit too far? Possibly. You have to be so careful in this politically correct world we live in since there is a lawyer behind every corner looking for opportunities to sue. Sherron will someday be worth quite a bit of money if everything follows suit. Whyjust 75,000? If there was no physical assault, the lady should let it go. Good night! What is this world coming to. A simple pass by a guy to a lady is now a civil suit. I really hope there was no assault. I doubt there was. Who was the lady that accussed Justice Thomas? Guys beware! While some ladies appreciate the attention, others will sue. I am opposed to inappropiate action, but a lawsuit? Brother!

Woodling: '07-'08 huge year, but best?

Few schools in history have had this kind of success in one year. It should be acclaimed. I certainly haven't seen the school get into national news because of anything else. If it did, I guess I missed it. OK, I guess it's all right to say it. "Jayhawks are #1 this year."

Chalmers diving in

Mario may not understand what he means to the Jayhawk fans for many, many years. I have waited for that shot for more years than he has been born. I still can't believe it's real. I certainly can't ask these guys for more. I wish they could all be lottery picks. I believe Arthur will be but I don't know. If they both were to return, I'm getting my tickets to the final four as soon as they come out. All this is so unbelievable. The Jayhawks - National Champs.

Collins undergoes surgery

Collins plays so hard. He's like a football player on the basketball floor. I know no one uses knee pads anymore but I wonder if he shouldn't consider some sort of padding. I would sure hate to be the guy he is running into.

Keegan: KU's Self worth big bucks

The sky's the limit as far as what Self can accomplish at Kansas. The last coach of his calliber had the field house named after him. Hopefully, these guys don't let all this success go to their heads and stay hungry to become the all-time greatest staff in Kansas rich basketball history.
