I like your idea of Cole "asserting" himself with some helicopter elbows--might be a very worthwhile foul, as it buys him alot more space to operate effectively. Self teaches scrappiness, but I dont know if Self would specifically coach/teach something this aggressive or not?

Danny Manning should help out on this. It is a special talent to use elbows to clear space without being flagrant. The upper forearm works well to push people back, too, and isn't considered flagrant. Swinging is a no-no, so they have to move as much of their bodies as possible to make it look incidental.Size is a great advantage to have in basketball, but it also works against you, especially with the refs. Big players are confined in what they can do more so than smaller players. Next year will be a joy for us all... to see Manning coach two premiere bigs; Aldrich and Withey. Thanks Ralster! It is called history. mu can not even touch it! Makes me almost gag, they are so arrogant! That is the thing, they have a good year and omg they are up to our level. no respect! Well they just got a big dose of reallity lmao!
