Sarcasm doesn't work well on a comment log.

Arthur tells media he's headed to NBA

You all can't be serious about being 'surprised.' Do you really follow the Jayhawks as of late let alone college basketball. Most of us don't like the fact that these students can leave but it's the harden facts, they can and they will continue. I for one think it's unfortunate but that's the way it goes. Be thankful that we have them for the time we do and then be excited that they are proud to have spent time at KU and are now representing us in the league.

Jayhawks 'at an even keel' upon arrival in Texas

FlaHawk, where did you see Ben Miller's name mentioned for the OSU job? I live here in Springfield where he coached at MSU as an assistant and it's rumored that he is looking for head coaching jobs at the Div. II level. I think you misread the article and mistook Sean Miller for Ben. Ben is a great coach though and it's too bad he wasn't given enough consideration for the MSU job. It would have made going to MSU games more exciting for me at least.

Snub doesn't surprise KU signee

Collison, Hinrich, Langford, Miles, Simien...any of these guys Mickey D's AA's? Anyone remember? If not, then it goes to show that the AA program doesn't mean much. 'Course if any of them were, it doesn't negate the fact that you don't have to be an All-American to still be a great player! Lookin' forward to Quintrell!

KU remains perfect, edging Mizzou 76-70 in ugly, foul-marred road contest

I agree with NH_JHawk, these kittens can only run with us for so long. We are too deep! But we still need to hit some more free throws and step it up. It shouldn't even be close.

I'm a Jayhawk living in Missouri (I know, I know), and they don't even air the game here. What's up with airing it on ESPNU? Like above, this magnitude of a game needs to be aired on a main affiliate, especially in the respective states! Go Jayhawks!!!

Collins lends a hand at prep camp

I wish all it took to show that we've repented of our sins was to get a tattoo 'telling God to look out for us' (even though in His Word he has already promised to do so and we don't have to tell him.) But I do hope that in God's soverignty, he has Sherron staying healthy as well as the rest of the Jayhawks and then bringing home a championship!

Commentary: Rush, Afflalo should cash in soon

I don't know Rush, and I personally hope he stays, but people keep saying that when the big bucks call, he'll go. That's usually true. But again, I don't know Rush or his family but think about it. He's already got a brother in the pros, whose not a superstar but he sure is rolling in the cash. Brandon probably doesn't need financial stability because I would assume that he sees some of Kareems wealth. Share the wealth brother! Think about Joakim Noah, he didn't cash in because he didn't need it. His mom was a supermodel and his dad was what...a tennis pro I think. This is all just thoughts of course but I would think that Brandon would be fine without the money for another year, but I can understand wanting to get out of the studies and classes, but at the same time, he will have a great chance to do something his brothers couldn't get done...win a NCAA Championship, and I think Self (who is a great coach despite what people think or say) and his staff will develop Brandon and he will be a far better pro than Kareem. Anyway, enough of all that...Rock Chalk forever and thanks for the great year guys...if the guys even read this stuff that us wannabe players post on here! And even if they don't read these posts (I hope they don't) ROCK CHALK JAYHAWK!!
