Tom Keegan: Svi for 3 and great 'D' in KU's Elite Eight victory

Thank goodness we won or the game would have been decided by the refs who did an absolutely pathetic job of calling the game. It goes both ways and you hope it ends up even but I just got through watching it and using my slow motion to check the questionable calls and there is more than twice the number of bad calls against KU as there was against Duke. Like I said, thank goodness we won for the sake of the referees that called the game. Sure hope they do not ref the Villanova game.

Tom Keegan: Duke vs. Kansas best of potential Elite Eight matchups

You use a word that we should all remember when we talk about our guys this time of year as to what they should or should not do and that word is kids. I know they certainly do not think of themselves as kids but let's face it, they are and so it made me mighty happy to hear Bill say that he finally wanted to make sure that there was one thing that was more important than anything during this tournament and that was that these guys should have fun. All teams, loaded with talent or not, will have good games and bad games and no control over when that happens (see UMBC win), but if they have fun then just maybe they can at least enjoy the tournament that every basketball 'jones' dreams of growing up. Isn't that what we all should hope our guys have no matter the outcome? They sure deserve it with all the hard work they have put into it.

I still cannot get over the broadcasters saying that Grayson's 'bootie rump' tripping of the player heading back on defense a ridiculous flagrancy foul. This player almost hits the ground and has no control over his body which very easily could have ended with a career-ending injury. And this is no big deal?! All because things were not going the way a very poor sportsman would like? No one has consistently acted more spoiled and entitled than Grayson Allen out of the thousands of athletes that play this game and I am sick and tired of his attitude and downright viciousness being called, "No big thing."

What's next for Udoka Azubuike the free throw shooter?

He should be looking at the back of the ball sir.

What's next for Udoka Azubuike the free throw shooter?

Good point on the elbow moving in as he simply needs to be told to line his right arm up with the basket instead of lining it up to shoot into the corner of the building. But as I say later in this whole thread move intentionally away from defenders while the ball is being moved to the basket as quickly as possible. The intentional foul was created exactly for this reason...wake up!!

What was the reason they created the intentional foul for? It is as simple as Udoku staying away from the defender and forcing the intentional foul call. Done, finished, answered...good grief.

Which Big 12 was that? Also, how many has the Pac 12 won in the same period?

Quack attacked: Oregon ends KU's season in Elite Eight

12th straight Conference Championship, tying a 40+ year record that will probably not ever be achieved again in any major conference and yet still with the possibility of even beating this record next year. Case closed. RCJGKU & Bill Self!

Tell them their squad sure could use some class on sportsmanship. They sure were very childish about how they deal with other people's feelings. Isn't enough to feel good about your accomplishments instead of pretending like you have done something that is greater than it really is. But they are kids too, so they just need to learn themselves...the hard way...like everyone else. BTW, Pac-12 has fared the worst of all the major conferences in the tournament.
