Seasons' changes dramatic

Brock has it right. Our OL and DL are not playing to the same standard as our opponents.

I went to the South Florida game this year and I was worried even after we got an early. Reesing is basically running for his life on nearly every play and our pass rush is non-existent. I was impressed that our secondary played as good as it did with Colt McCoy having so much time to deliver the football.

I want to see both our OL and DL go on the Mangino diet and we could have a good year next year.

Firing of KSU's Prince, KU's Allen comparable

Sounds like Gameball Allen is having some struggles down in Springfield. Perhaps Washburn can hire him next year and when they thrash the Bears again the Bods can thank him.

Mangino at center of drive to silence obscene chant at KU football games

Its stupid and it makes us look bad to those kids families outside of Kansas that we are trying to recruit whether it be for football or basketball or basketweaving.

The Georgia Bulldawgs have a good chant, Alabama has a good chant. I'm all for having fun at the games, but the student body needs to understand that the big donors are mom's and dad's who like to bring their families to the game. The F-Bomb has no place in chants.

Hinrich's jersey to hang in fieldhouse rafters

I thought that the only "rules of enshrinement" that needed to be enhanced was to make a player eligible if he made the US Olympic Team. The bar is not being lowered by this decision. Kirk deserves this honor without question.

Kansas AD Perkins voted top sports executive in the world

It must have been very difficult for some of the LJW writers to acknowledge this fact. They beat up Lew pretty hard during his first year.

Lew Perkins is a rock star. To be voted on by Time magazine against every other sports management executive as the best is phenomenal.
