Street of dreams
What I loved most about the celebration last night was the thick Phog that rolled into town with the team bus. Coming out of Allen last night and then looking back and seeing it shrouded in Phog from our vantage point on top of Mount Oread was a religious experience.

Davidson vs. Goliath
To 'KU': Aaron Miles averaged over 8 assists a season a few years ago.
Kansas should pull this game off but it will be the toughest of the tourney so far. I'm not afraid of KU taking this team lightly and fully expect our focus and determination to be as high as it gets. Mario, Brandon and Russ will frustrate Curry and Richards and generate some momentum building transition scores. Darell, Darnell and Sasha need to focus on the fundamentals, block out and make sure we clearly win the rebounding battle. Intense perimeter defense and solid rebounding will win this game. If we continue hitting from outside like we have been for the past month I think we'll be heading to San Antonio to play Ol' Roy and Psycho T.
Rock Chalk!

Ready to roll
Great article for sure... Congrats Sherron on you're son's first steps - he'll be breaking other guys ankles pretty soon with the quick first step he'll inherit from you.
And you're uncle's right, you are the X factor! Take us to the final four Sherron!

Hard eight
I wouldn't say that jayhawkinatl, UNLV is indeed a very good team who may just defend better than any team we've seen this year. KU is playing at an incredibly high level right now and so I feel confident about this game, but I think UNLV is underrated at an 8 seed, definitely. Wink Adams will be fun to watch...

Shall we dance?
Yes, no reason this article needs to be written. Fact is KU will demolish Portland State today, this team has the sense of urgency that's been missing in Jayhawk's recent tourney history. This is the team, they know it, and they will play like it today. Rock Chalk Jayhawk.

Sherron the show-stopper
Someone forgot the '<' on the closing bold tag. Yeah, yeah, it's a nitpicking detail but details win championships fellas....

Pullen catches KU by surprise
K-State definitely played well. I was disappointed with the way the Jayhawks played, especially in the second half and especially during the stretch from 10 minutes to about 7 minutes to play in the game. We stooped them on four consecutive possessions on the defensive end, came down the floor missed two quick threes, one with no rebounding at all and two quick drives to the basket where the only hope was to draw a foul. That sequence should have been the game tying run but we simply did not keep our heads on the offensive end under a lot of pressure tonight.
The whole second half was shades and shadows of the UCLA game.
