Mangino's contract outlines probe
Unless something new, substantial and unforseen comes to the surface in this whole mess, I support Coach Mangino 100%.

FINAL: Daniel Thomas runs for 183 yards in KSU's 17-10 victory over KU
Todd Reesing has broken pretty much every QB record at Kansas...might as well add Most Turnovers to the list of accolades, right?

Fracas sends KU guard Tyshawn Taylor to hospital
BOTH teams should meet TOGETHER with BOTH coaches and iron out this BS. No reason for any of this.

KU's Sharp likely a game-time decision against Southern Miss
I'm sure Sharp will be in the game. At the very least he'll start and if things still don't feel great they can rest him. He was close to playing in the Duke game.

Bucs’ CB Talib arrested for allegedly hitting cabbie
Not surprising, but nevertheless disappointing.

Henrickson signs three-year extension
People need to remember how abysmal the women's program was when Coach Henrickson took the helm. No offense to Coaches Washington or Woodard, but it was at it's lowest ever point for sure.
BTW, any word on a banner commemorating the WNIT Runners-Up?

KU falls to No. 72 in NACDA rankings
This ranking system is very flawed. Hopefully this is the last time we talk about this ranking until this time next year. In my opinion, though, we can just never talk about it again.

Hoops troubles not new
If the Vincent Askew "scandal" happened today, would the NCAA be considering the Death-Penalty like they apparently were in 1988? This is of course purely hypothetical, because in this age of transparency, no head coach would be stupid enough to buy a kid a plane ticket.

Memorial provides perspective
I don't think Bill still thinks it's 1952, because if that were the case, the state would have forced him to retire long ago.
I do not want to echo most of the negative sentiment toward Bill here, but I certainly agree that this article was vague, snarky, and has left me confused and uncomfortable. There is no specific mention of events or actions that come with a "serious cost to [KU's] reputation", unless making/spending money and increasing winning percentages is bad. Dr. Fredrick was a great human being, a fine AD, a true Jayhawk and will be missed terribly by everyone he touched...but I think Lew Perkins is a fine AD as well.

Come January, look out
It's silly how people get on here to cite non-existent racism from "an old coot" who's covered KU sports since you were an unfertilized spern, and dog on a retired sportscaster who gave is heart and soul to KU sports longer than Fidel Castro gave his left brain to Cuba.
