C.J. Henry out with deep bone bruise

Crooner, sounds like you need a visit to the eye doctor.

I thought the exact same thing during the game. Their faces look very similar.

KU notebook: Charities worrisome

I think they have a great shot at winning it all this year. But if they all stay (which I think they should), they could be old school UNLV good next year.

Wake-up call

Our free throw shooting really concerns me. We stepped up at the very end of the game which was very nice to see, but midway-late second half we hit a strech where it was brick city. That's right when OU was making their big run and we couldn't put them away at the line. I know it's nitpicking since KU stepped up at the end, but it's still a pretty big concern in my eyes.

Analyze this

Does anybody know the name of the play by play guy that did the Boston College game? I thought he was pretty good.

Self pleased with Jayhawks' passion

All of this leader talk has to stop. You can't force somebody into the role. Somebody is just going to have to step up naturally throughout the season and choose to take on that role themself. If Self has to keep pressuring somebody (mainly Robinson) it really isn't going to cause a him to become a natural leader, the kind you actually want to take charge. Anybody can be forced into the 'leader' role, but will anybody else follow?
