Arthur comes up big
Arthur came through in a huge way last night. His jumpshot is so pretty, and he's so quick that it's hard for other bigs to keep up with his moves. Plus, he's a high flyer playing above the rim, where almost no one all year has been able to stop him or any of our bigs from catching the oop. Great game Shady, enjoy the moment and thanks for the Championship.

Mario and the miracle!
This season has been incredible! From start to finish, it's been such a great experience to watch this team do work. What a magnificent group of guys, a magnificent TEAM. Not one player stuck out and wanted the glory, it was TEAM all the way. These guys came together and showed the whole nation that despite what idiot commentators and other haters said, we are the best team. Our players did such a great job of showing perserverance, patience, and poise down the stretch. It was easy to tell that our guys had everyone beat mentally and physically. Our coaching staff is great, lead by the best young coach in the nation in Bill Self. I trust that he'll be back next year. Having been an avid KU fan all of my life, this is one of the greatest moments ever. And to do it on the 20 year anniversary of Danny and the miracles, now that's unbelievable. I watched ESPN News at least 10 times last night and will continue to all morning, and believe I'll be watching all the replays. What a year! Rock Chalk Jayhawk KU!

Bring on Memphis
Not only is he classy, but he can also teach us a thing or two about how to spell(win spelled when in the comment, now that's class). I have no idea where you came from, but don't come back here anymore. KU fans don't care about Roy, the media does. We forgot about Roy before he was out the door and we were on our way to consecutive Big 12 championships. And we still weren't thinking about Roy when we hemmed his team up by double digits and made the ACC look like 7th grade Intramurals. Coming onto a team's website and bashing them while having the name classfan, that's just being a hyprocrite.

Aldrich proves tough
Aldrich has really made some leaps and bounds this year, and I like his work ethic. I like his role on the team right now because he can come in and play his game without having too much pressure on him. Cole can really make a difference by being the "trashman" and doing the little things to help our team. Having him and Sasha coming off the bench is great for our team. I also like the fact that whenever he blocks a shot he damn near spikes it like a volleyball player! That could draw some fouls, but when he does block it he sends it!

Sorry, no rodeo clowns...
Wow, there's no better band to get you pumped up for football than the Goo Goo Dolls. Might as well have the Hanson Brothers open the show as well. That's one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard. If you need to bring in a band just to boost your attendance numbers, then you have problems.

Collins named Big 12 Co-Player of the Week
I agree with not wanting to be out West, especially if UCLA is out there as well. I'm not afraid of playing them, I just hate the fact it is a home game for them. The Midwest or South would be a great place to be. At this point, I think that Memphis, UCLA, NC, Duke, Tenn, KU, Texas all have reasons to be #1 seeds. It's all going to come down to the league tourneys and who comes out on top. I would love to see Memphis or Tenn lose so we could step into #1 in the Midwest.
I think Collins is the difference maker for this team. We have outstanding talent and have a great starting five. Then, Collins comes off the bench and plays like a beast. There's not many that could guard a healthy Sherron. Throw in Sasha, Cole, and Rod, and that is as deep as any team in the nation.
Most exciting part of the season is here...

Senior Night leaves mark on coach
Manning will get punked out, and there's no doubt that it's ridiculous. When it comes to a list like this one, there can be so many arguments so many different ways. We all know Manning and Clyde deserve to be on there, but the "powers that be" don't seem to, so what can we do?
As far as Darnell winning the award, he's got to be the front runner. I can't think of anyone who has had a bigger impact on their team than him. He plays hard every night, and has helped give this team a tough attitude. Good luck to him.

Hello, goodbyes
Ditto on that, thanks Ryan for doing that. The wrath of Kaun, that's got to be made available somewhere! That's hilarious!

Keegan: Seniors embody class
All of these guys are an important part of our team. Jeremy is a guy that can come in at any time of the game, play a solid point guard, and hit a couple of three's without thinking twice about it. Rod can come in, play excellent D, and even though he's undersized by the big's, can come in and get you tough rebounds and hustles at all times. Kaun, like Darnell, has developed into a great post player. In the years past, he had trouble moving his feet on D and had trouble scoring. Now, he's a great defender, rebounder, and can score anytime he wants. He was huge on Saturday. Darnell, what can you say? He's awesome. He plays nasty, he plays tough, and has went from solid reserve to exceptional starter. Russell has always been a great PG. He had to grow up fast and made his mistakes early, but it's all paying off for him now. This class emobodies a spirit that this whole team feeds off of. I hope we whip TT tonight and sends these guys out on a high note!
