Opinion: Jake Heaps instant upgrade

Keegan - A word of advice. Take out some the commas and prepositional phrases and replace them with periods. Then you can elaborate on your good ideas and not have run on sentences like the first three of this article. Your ideas are good and mostly sound however they are often clouded by a mist unnecessary analogies and ambiguities. These often take the place where there should be a period.

*That being said* - Heaps should be better than Crist because;
1. It's pretty hard to be worse.
2. The wide receivers weren't open last year. This year more separation should be expected. Problem was, when they were open Crist couldn't deliver, let's hope Heaps can.
3. Heaps has a year of practice, weight training, etc. at KU that Crist didn't.
4. No injury fear in QB in Heaps - ie. Rice interception from Crist last year . . . .

Travis Releford stellar on both ends against North Carolina

Dribbling kind of matters. If you catch the ball and don't dribble they start the 5 count (as long as the defender is close enough, which they were clearly clearly not on Tharpe). Then if you begin to dribble and the defender is still on you they start over the 5 count.

You can see the referee counting. He gave Naadir about 5 1/2, probably because he was hesitant because it was such an atrocious call. I was shocked, Naadir was pissed and he should of been that was backwards call.

*That being said* - Beat Michigan!

I like Rio's enthusiasm but he should try not to run somebody over with half a minute left. Keep trucking Rio! That dude could still play some meaningful minutes THIS YEAR (end of half foul trouble, injury, hope not because of others ineffectiveness).

Always vigilant, always ready, FOE!!!! GO HAWKS!

"As expected, UNC's James Michael McAdoo's lack of shooting range allowed Withey to camp in the lane"

- Come on now - UNCs game plan was to take him out of the paint (with McAdoo's ugly jumper . . . weird strategy). However flawed the strategy was it was pretty evident until they bailed on it once we came out swinging in the second half.

Ready to roll: Jayhawks make themselves at home

Your tune would be a lot different if we got Randle.

How do you think they came to be Top 10 recruits - by not working?

This argument that players go to Kentucky because "they don't want to put in the work" is ridiculous.

That is general for the students. The players have in the attached building to allen fieldhouse. But . . . . . if I was a college star I wouldn't want to live with just basketball players . . . get out an socialize a little. The Kentucky "basketball players only" house limits contact with other students - which is weird in college.

There is a similar video for KU's facilities, Weis is talking about our facilities, it shows the renovated towers, workout facilities, etc - but I can't find it. It makes our facilities look really nice.

Also for the towers, I hated living in the dorms because there was no kitchen. The new towers have fully equipped kitchens. Really nice too

Edit: Found the KU video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xd8Wi...
