Coors is owned by MillerCoors, which is a subsidary of SABMiller (South African Breweries). The largest American owned brewery is the Boston Beer Company which owns the Sam Adams family of beers.

Maybe Sam Adams should come out with a John Brown series of brews, utilizing local wheat from KS. I'd drink that.

More Yankees fans are Jets fans...

That's where the rivalries in Boston are... same divisions. Both Yankee and Jets fans are pricks... can I say pricks on this site?

I know after UCONN won the championship, Calhoun declined the opportunity to throw out the first pitch @ Yankee Stadium because he's a Sox fan... perhaps that's why Lew left... :)

But more importantly, who was that floozy who Peyton was sitting next to that he kept on ignoring all night? If he didn't like her, why was she sitting in his suite?

A lot of people from New England around Lew's age, my father included are Giants fans.

Back in the day of 3 TV Channels, I guess they only got the local AFC and NFC games.

The Pats of course, were the AFC team (and were awful) and the Giants were the NFC team shown around New England.

Rather than root for a the god-awful Pats, a lot of kids growing up back then rooted for the Giants.

Surprisingly, because of Al Davis and Howie Long's Boston connections, there's a TON of Raiders fans too (But then again, there's Raider fans everywhere, only they have a better reason than "I like their jerseys")
