The Big 12 is set up perfectly to have a schedule that would settle all the debate about who's the best in the conference. With a 12-game schedule every season and 12 teams in the conference, each team should schedule a I-AA / FCS team to open the season as a warm-up, then play every other team in the conference every season. Then, the only thing to debate is how much of an advantage the home field gives a team. You can maintain the divisions and have a championship game as well.
