Brady Morningstar gets diversion in driving under the influence case

He will have a driver's license hearing to see if his license will be suspended. Since he blew .144 and loses the hearing (he most assuredly will) his license will be suspended for 30 days. Had he blown a .150 or greater he would be looking at a year suspension.

Also, diversion is the standard punishment for first time offenders.

plasticjhawk- Dont hold your breath. I wish these guys nothing but the best, however they have a difficult road ahead of them. Big 12 Defensive POY Nick Reid couldnt even make a roster.

Ive been told by my source that Briscoe's suspension stems from the fact that he decided to skip virtually every single voluntary workout since the season ended. Hopefully he gets his act together soon.

NCAA to blame for empty seats

I laughed when I found out the face value of tickets in KC was $183. I went the ebay route and found two lower level seats for the entire weekend for $155 total. The NCAA needs to wake up and realize that what they are charging way too much and only the diehards of the diehards are going to be willing to travel and go to the games.
