Reesing: Benching ‘was a big deal to me’

first... where did the statement "it is what it is" come from... it is popping up so much lately and is a pretty lame statement

second.... TODD - do you really need an explanation from HCMM? I mean for real... look at the game... look at the past 3 weeks... all i can say is ... it is what it is and it deserved riding the pine.

No-trouble double: McDougald comfortable on defense, too

If you had the choice of these two options for KU's football team, which would you pick?

i bet if you posted this question before the game last week the results would be the exact opposite

Great question... but my answer is tainted since we have already lost to colorado... i just want the win today....

i guess all in all .. beat the teams that you are supposed to... and give it your all against the others.

quality win vs terrible loss...

Kansas University defenders Drew Dudley (49), Justin Thornton (46), Arist Wright (41) and Jake Lapta

Rock Chalk Jayhawk - we are still undefeated.

One thing we must understand is that if we are going to be an elite program - or even a ranked program - then we are going to get the best shot from every team that comes in. Give ISU some credit - they had a good game plan and executed well.
We took their best shot, and came away with the win.
