200 and counting: KU gets milestone win in rout over Washington State

It seems to me that things ran more smoothly at both ends of the floor when Kevin Young was in the game. Certainly it could have just been the opponent. He seems more confident and appears to be in the right place at the right time more than any of the other bigs (including Jeff at this point). He also seems to get his hands on a lot of loose balls and creates a lot of loose balls poking at the dribble of guards in help situations. His defensive "hedges", which HCBS coaches, seem to be more aggressive and effective than the other bigs as well. I definately think Jamari and Perry have much more upside but in a tight game right now I feel more confident with Kevin on the floor.

Anyone else feel the same?

KU's Jamari Traylor sees wait, work rewarded with start vs. Emporia State

I'm so excited for the new season. I have one problem though. Looking ahead at the national contenders schedules I noted that UK plays MU on Feb. 23(UK being the contender in this case Fizzou is only an after thought as far as I'm concerned). I have absolutly no idea who to root for (really who to root hardest against). Can anyone help me out with this issue.
