Reed game-winner highlights annual KU alumni classic

I agree. If the KU alumni came to Houston to play I go to the game.

KU really has had a lot of great players. Makes you wonder why only one national champion this century and only three NCAA championships since the final four playoffs (tournament) began. So close, so much more. We need better Karma. BTW, who is Cooper Woestendick? Gary Bedore?

Good point(s): A look at best point guards in Bill Self era

"Elijah Johnson: We never will know whether Kansas could have defeated Michigan had the refs done the right thing and ejected him in the opening minutes."

"Elijah Johnson: Fair or not, he will be remembered for three games: saving KU against Purdue in the NCAA Tournament his junior year; going for 39 points against Iowa State his senior year; and committing costly late turnovers in the loss to Michigan in his final game. His senior season, statistically, was one of the worst of any player in Self’s KU tenure."

And still they listed him in the top five!!! GASP

As strictly a point guard, disregarding Collins' senior year as a scorer, I pick Russell Robinson. If scoring the ball is part of the criteria, then Collins ought to be number one.
