Wright’s role clarified
FINALLY!!!!
I've only posted this info a few times now to get people to stop knocking Arist. It was a player's parent that mentioned the story about Arist to Lew after the parent complained about his own son and how he had been treated by Mangino. Arist was just called in to confirm the story and determine the severity of the situation (Lew searching for more fuel for "the fire." Arist even said that it was NOT physical abuse by Mangino. So, everybody just back off the players and stop posting stuff about Arist without knowing the truth.

Mangino's contract outlines probe
Sure wish some you posters on here would get your facts right or that the media would get it right too. Arist Wright didn't go to Lew. Ogre Lew called him into his office after sunday practice after the nebraska game. Lew asked Wright direct questions and he answered them. Lew heard about the exaggerated "poke" incident from another player's father who complained to Lew. So can we all just lay off the players? We all know its about money and losses don't equate to it. Also I think Lew is embarrassed about Mangino's weight and the image it presents making many think he's a laughing stock. Its about representation of the university which can equate to money too. It's all about the benjamins as usual and finally Lew has some fuel to fire!

Drama takes away from game
Anyone know if Aquib Talib has been interviewed? I know he's been reprimanded a few times and sure he has an opinion. We all know he's one that likes to toot his own horn...hahaha.
How 'bout finding Charles Gordon. Not sure where he ended up after the Vikings let him go this past summer after he injured himself.
Anyway, I'd love to hear what Talib would have to say....hahaha!

Mizzou alums seek KU students of similar stripe
I'm sure there's a meth lab in nearby T-town that would sponsor them. If not, I bet that KUSports.com's trusty KU football beat writer, Dugan Arnett, would help them out with their efforts. Bit of warning that looking for MU fans in Lawrence (and on campus) is like looking for a cute girl at the Dirty Bird.....good luck.

Oooooo......they're gonna get it when dad gets home!! Umm, I mean at least the men's b-ball team when Self gets back from his recruiting trip. Man these guys are foolish to cross these coaches. Both HCBS and HCMM are just waiting to use the "belt" on these kids I'm sure.

Yankee Bowl likely to have Big 12 ties
Yankee Bowl? Are you freakin' kidding me? Might as well line up the Big 12 with the Motor City Bowl in that midwest toilet city of Detroit. Can't believe some people on here actually think it's a good idea to go NYC in January and against a Big East opponent. No thanks! I'm sure several folks from the midwest share the same opinion. People and players prefer warm destinations and playing a football game inside a baseball park is a joke. Shoot, lets just have the Arrowhead Bowl game and play a DII team. The only thing the Yankee Bowl brings is incentive to play your arss off so you can play in a real bowl game in a real time bowl game environment.

OU's Bradford could return in 2-4 weeks
IMO, they ought to worry about Oct. 24th too. In the words of the late great Rodney Dangerfield, "No respect I tell ya! No respect!"
