I'm so happy. I agree they wouldn't be holding a press conference already to announce he's leaving. Assuming he stays, do you think he'll still "take the call from OSU"???

Final(ly) Four

I've been hearing all morning about how "lucky" we were that we didn't lose the game. Of course, those are mostly MU people. All of the KU fans I've talked to this morning agree with me that the refs really tried to give that game to Davidson. There were so many bad calls. But, we got into the final four and they didn't. Thanks to Bill Self for all he's done with this great group of guys. I'm truly proud to be a Jayhawk. Good luck in San Antonio and I hope you beat Roy and his boys.

Hannah's absence saddens Jayhawks

Saturday was the first time I ever hoped MU would win! I'm glad they beat K-State. How strange will it be that MU beat K-State, K-State beat us and we beat (hopefully by a big margin) MU all in the same week?

Streak's peak?

I hope the Jayhawks embarrass K-State, and particularly Michael Beasley. I hope we teach him that running your mouth can backfire. He's one guy. Even if he gets his 30+ points, that's not enough to beat us. I have every confidence that our TEAM will beat him and the rest of their team soundly.

It's finally go time

I'm nervous about Mangino's attitude. "Believe in things you can't see". "Whatever happens, good or bad, happens". I keep seeing pictures and video of the players on the beach and partying. How about practicing? I have a bad feeling and I REALLY hope I'm wrong. I so want the Jayhawks to win and win big. After Missouri's big win, we can't lose!!!!! Go Hawks!

Kansas forward likely going pro

I would think that Brandon would learn from his two brothers. At least I HOPE he does! They apparently keep telling him not to leave early for the NBA. The average pro player just doesn't get the "love" they got in college. They need to enjoy it while they can. The NBA will be there next year! As far as Julian goes, I really am surprised he is backing out on his promise to his mom. I do wish him the best of luck though. Arthur can fill his spot.

More Big 12 shake-up: Gillispie heading to UK

I am happy for Billy G., but sad for the Big 12. Good luck to you Billy. As far as Huggins goes, I'm glad he's gone! He brought a dark cloud over the Big 12 that we don't need or want. I find it interesting that anyone is surprised he left after one year. Huggins looks out for Huggins.

Failure to launch

Like I've told my MU coworkers today, I love my hawks, win or lose. What a great season! We have a bunch of classy guys and a really great coach. And next year we also have Danny as an assistant! If everybody stays, look out next year. The Jayhawks will dominate! I love you guys. Can't wait for next season. Rock Chalk!
