The guys (Tom Keegan, Matt Tait, Jesse Newell) talk KU men's basketball before the team's road game against Temple. Was KU coach Bill Self trying to motivate his team with critical postgame comments after the Belmont win? Are the Jayhawks suffering from a lack of motivation? These topics are discussed, while the guys also talk about Tyshawn Taylor's NBA draft prospects, KU's 2010-11 roster prospects and Kelly Kohn's Hollywood prospects.

KSUck always thinks they are going to beat us. Uh oh... I used KSUck and "think" together in the same sentence. My bad.

Doesnt matter if we are ready. Road time is here. Or should I say: road Showtime!
Also, doesnt matter if we arent "quite ready"...Road games now will "get us ready" for BigXII and March, be it a W or and L. They are all stepping stones...RCJH!

Road game or not, the "team" was lousy after they made 11 points in the first half.

yes they are ready for the road. In fact a physical competitive road game is what they need the most. They need these types of games to prepare to play in a very stacked big 12 conference this year

PodCasters !!!! Two things ... Sherron at this point is NOT the Sherron of 2008/2009.. Probably because he is not needed as badly as he was last year. But he needs to step up and get back to his dribble/drive offensive player he was, because against good team we will need his talents. Second .. CJ Henry is a hidden gem (other then size) he has played with exceptional effort and very good skills of late and he deserves a chance to be a rotation player and play some quality minutes/and NO I don't know where they should come from at this time. I know EJ probably has a higher opportunity ratio, but right now CJ is showing leadership and stability with maximum effort. This older/young man has talent and he uses his head very well. We are still young and we need leadership besides just Sherron and Cole. EJ is not going to be a strong player in big time games (in my opinion), he is young and he is pron to stupid mistakes under the pressure of adverse crowds (away games). Let's face it some people play because it will hurt recruiting if they don't play .. CJ deserves to be in the rotation given his last two games.
