The guys (Kevin Romary, D.J. Whetter, Jesse Newell) discuss the Henry brothers' commitment to the Jayhawks. Who gets affected in KU's rotation? Who will start? The three also do their best "Around the Horn" impression, saying whether they buy or sell certain statements regarding KU's basketball team. Will Xavier Henry be the Jayhawks' leading scorer? Is the 2009-10 KU basketball team more talented than the 2007-08 team? The guys discuss these topics while also sneaking in references to the game show "Lingo" and Blue Valley High School.

K-Romes and the boys- you have restored my faith in the Spod. After a long cold pretty much spodless winter....you have heated up the room again. Keep it rolling boys. I would like to think that it was the ire of a guy in jersey that made this all possible...

This is going to be the longest summer ever ... I am so excited to see this team play.. I would love a UK / KU here and there in the schedule ... That would be cool to see X play against Cal's recruits. I would guess the big game schedule is set for next year but it would still be fun to watch.. give Calipari a little of the PHOG Phenom's.

Hey guys .. the last thing you want from Cole is having to stop a fast penetrating guard that's how he gets in foul trouble .. the most important thing is the 1 - 3 players keep there man out so Cole can rebound and block non penetrating players. We need Cole on the floor not on the bench so keeping penetrating players from driving the basket is VERY important.

Loved the spodcasters! Loved the format and the loose discussion. The reference to Keegan "creating a lot of space," was classic! We need more of this.
I have some questions I would like the three of you to consider for the next show. Is Little able to red shirt and can we discuss that next time? If there is no ceiling for Releford, where to do you see his achievement in two years, if he does or does not red shirt? What would be considered a disappointing season for Kansas next year? Once Coach Self retires in the future, is Danny next in line? Who are the your preseason top 10 programs next year (college basketball)?
I am a huge fan and will be looking for more of this. Please keep it coming. If you would like to reference some of my questions...that would be huge. In Ohio they refer to Bowling Green as Beer Guzziling State University!!! Were you referring to Mansfield, OH? I have lived in both Kansas and Ohio, that is why I ask.

awesome stuff. I hope to see these at least once a game next year for basketball, that would be cool. Not demanding, just hoping. Maybe even a pre and post-game spodcast. I remember those.
