I've been really impressed with Kelly Oubre Jr. His growth as a player this year has astounded me. He represents himself and the program very positively. KO's future is just as bright as Andrew Wiggins' was. The one thing that I've noticed about him is he has a great affinity to get to the rim. What a natural player. He's going to have great success in the NBA. I think, when it's all said and done, he will go down as my favorite one year player for Kansas.
All the KU guys acquit themselves well when interviewed, but Oubre is one of the more articulate players I've heard, especially considering he's only a freshman. He sounds totally comfortable and natural like an old veteran and he often answers questions with an intelligent level of detail.
