i wonder how many times Charlie realigns the O-line before he comes to the realization that they're all just terrible, and that shuffling the deck chairs on the Titanic is not helping?
Late response to no one in particular: Charlie realizes who he has, and tries to find combinations that put the best team on the field at a given time and opponent. He and the other coaches work on technique, suggestion, motivation and encouragement. What they don't do is to beat the players down and humiliate them, something that fans and supporters would do well to emulate.
